Fully freehand airbrushed acrylic portrait of model Kiera Sky, who among her many successes was selected to model with the Dodge Viper and was winner of the Texas Bikini Contest. Using photoreference from photographer Marc Grant, I interpreted her image in my “soft and smokey” way of seeing her. The reference photo was taken in a normal room setting, I made decisions about the many details that were left out to simplify the artistic statement as well as the color scheme itself to create the mood in this work.
